01 General Terms & Conditions

Dg99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between dg99 and its users ("Member" or "you").

• Keeping the account password secure is the member's own responsibility.

03 Deposits & Payments

04 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing from dg99. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Weekly maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account level.

Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

• If KYC verification is incomplete.

• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (WR). For example, a 10x WR means you must wager ten times the bonus amount. You cannot withdraw from your bonus balance until the WR is met.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dg99. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned after a review. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud.
